Before founding ADILABS, I spent years inside a Silicon Valley company that grew from $100M to $9B.
I learned how to ship engineering-grade software at scale — what hyper-growth engineering culture actually looks like, how the best teams adopt new technology without breaking what's already in production, and how to stand behind what you build.
ADILABS exists to bring that discipline — and the agentic AI work I started in 2022 — into companies that don't have a Silicon Valley engineering org of their own. We are not an AI consultancy. We're an engineering firm that ships the systems operations teams rely on.
